Owner, Pat Case, has been in the design business since 1986. In October of 1990, Pat opened Great Impressions. Designing mostly residential interiors, Pat has also worked on small and large commercial projects such as the Marion Women’s Health Center; The Center for New Beginnings at Marion General Hospital; several locations of Commercial Savings Bank and other individual businesses.
Her former freelance work also included designing interiors of Baja Boats. As a color and finishes consultant to Buckeye Valley Schools, her work was part of their national design award. Pat’s work has been featured in Ohio Magazine and Log Home Monthly. She is a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church, Women’s Business Council, Secretary/Treasurer of Marion Business Builders, and Vice President of Altrusa.

Donna Crabtree has been a lifelong resident of Marion and continues to reside in Marion with her husband, Gary. Donna has two children and 3 grandchildren. She has an extensive history of expressive design in a variety of venues in Marion, Ohio counties, and surrounding states. From her tenure as a Display Artist to Color Analyst to Designer, you have seen her work throughout the area in retail, residential, and commercial arenas since 1984. She has an artist’s eye for color and balance, as well as an ability to interpret her client’s personality and to express it in their home or business settings. Ms. Katie Benson is a graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design. She has a flare for contemporary design—modern and edgy. Katie lives in the Marion area with her husband, Jon, and daughters, Morgan and Molly. Her hobbies include drawing and painting. Using her expertise in computer software, she can render room arrangements, lighting plans and more
